Our training facility boasts 4800 sq ft, 2 showers, 4 bathrooms, dedicated kids area, viewing mezzanine and comes fully equipped with the latest in CrossFit training rigs. We have designed this gym to not only service the elite athlete but the everyday warrior, we pride ourselves on creating a supportive community around the training model that is CrossFit. What Is CrossFit?

Huh? Basically we program new workouts every day around the 5 basic human movements of push, pull, squat, hinge and loaded carry. We expect you to perform them to your capacity at high intensity, this allows you to get the most out of your workout.
A CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. The same workouts are used for elderly individuals with heart disease and Olympic decathletes one month out from competition . We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.
The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. All of our wide and varied community have found their best fitness from the same regimen.
